Miracle of belief
Emma, an 8-year-old girl, used to visit Central Park with her parents. When she saw her agemates riding a cycle in the park, she try to convince her parents to buy her the same cycle. Due to a shortage of money, her parents were not able to get it.
One day when she visited the central park, she saw that so many children were having cycles and all of them were very happy. She felt extremely disheartened.
Rick, residing in the same neighborhood, was observing Emma and he asked her the reason behind her sadness. She said that she wants to have a cycle but her parents are not able to buy one.
Rick told Emma that she can get the exact same cycle. Emma got fascinated and she immediately asked the way to get it. Rick told her to think of the same cycle in her dream that night. He said that she should pretend that she owns the same cycle and share it with other children who will not be having and wanted to ride. She should smile and feel happy for others as well. In this way, all the children will be happy. Rick told her that she will get the cycle by the end of the next day.
She did exactly the same and had the same dream that night.
The next morning, she was full of joy and asked her father, when she will be getting the new cycle. Her father convinced her that Santa Claus will get her a new cycle as Christmas was approaching. However, she was not convinced by the response of her father and felt sad again.
Throughout the day, she was waiting for the cycle to come to her. In the evening, she went to the nearby store with her mother and started crying. She thought that the day is about to end and she has not got any sign or indication of getting the cycle.
A lady in the same store asked Emma the reason for crying. She narrated the previous day’s incident and told that she haven’t received the cycle and the day is about to end soon.
Upon listening to Emma, the lady took her and her mother to her home and offered her a cycle of her daughter who passed away 2 years back. The lady told that she was looking for someone who really needs the cycle.
Emma was filled with joy and thanked the lady.
If you have a firm belief, then the miracle can happen within a few moments. Never get disheartened if you do not get anything you desired, god will make unbelievable ways of giving you more than what you expected.
